These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of I Am Neethipathi ("Service"), operated by Zuko Labs (Trade Name), a sole proprietorship registered under the name Venkatesan Suguna, having its principal place of business at Ponneri, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu — 601 204, India (GSTIN: 33FQCPS9647J1Z6; Udyam: UDYAM-TN-24-0182095).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

I Am Neethipathi is an AI-powered study platform designed to assist candidates preparing for the Tamil Nadu Judiciary Services (TNJS) HC JN I (Civil Judge Grade II) examination. The Service provides the following features: AI-assisted legal tutoring (Chat), multiple-choice question practice (MCQ Practice), mains answer evaluation (Mains Practice), judgment writing practice (Judgment Writing), translation practice (Translation), and performance analytics (Analytics). The Service is intended exclusively as a study and preparation tool. It does not constitute legal advice, legal consultation, or legal representation of any nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law, and all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@zukolabs.co.in of any unauthorised use of your account. Zuko Labs will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Plans. The Service is available on paid subscription plans: Starter (₹999/month), Standard (₹1,499/month), and Pro (₹1,999/month). Each plan grants specified daily usage limits as described on the subscription page. Plan details are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers. 4.2 Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Zuko Labs to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee on each billing cycle. 4.3 Top-Up Credits. In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase feature-specific top-up credit packs. Top-up credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. Top-up credits may only be purchased by users with an active subscription. 4.4 No Automatic Renewal. The Service currently operates on a monthly manual renewal basis. Your subscription will not automatically renew unless you initiate a new payment. You will retain access until the end of your current 30-day subscription period. 4.5 Taxes. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST at the rate prevailing on the date of payment. A GST-compliant receipt will be issued to your registered email address upon each payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Subscriptions. Given the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted upon payment, subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part; or (b) the Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours during your subscription period due to reasons attributable solely to Zuko Labs. 5.2 Top-Up Credits. Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been partially or fully consumed. Unused credits that expire after 90 days are not eligible for a refund. 5.3 Refund Requests. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to gtashokkumar2004@gmail.com within 7 days of the disputed charge, with your registered email address, payment reference number, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

6.1 Nature of AI Outputs. The Service uses artificial intelligence models (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate responses, evaluate answers, and provide feedback. All AI-generated content is provided exclusively for educational and examination preparation purposes. 6.2 Not Legal Advice. The content generated by the Service — including answers to legal questions, evaluations of mains answers, feedback on judgment writing, and any other AI-generated output — does not constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or legal consultation. It must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate or legal professional in any actual legal matter. 6.3 Accuracy Limitations. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies. The bare-act content embedded in the Service is maintained to the best of our ability but may not reflect the most recent legislative amendments, notifications, or judicial interpretations. Users are responsible for independently verifying all legal provisions cited by the Service against current official sources (Gazette notifications, official bare acts, and authoritative law reports). 6.4 No Professional Relationship. Use of the Service does not create any advocate-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or professional relationship between Zuko Labs and the user.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content. All content on the Service — including the platform design, software, AI prompts, evaluation rubrics, curated curriculum sections, and original text — is owned by or licensed to Zuko Labs and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. 7.2 Your Content. You retain ownership of any answers, judgments, or translations you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Zuko Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised versions of such content solely for the purpose of improving the Service. 7.3 Bare-Act Text. Sections of bare-act text (statutes, codes, and rules) reproduced in the Service are in the public domain. The selection, arrangement, annotation, and AI-integration of such text constitutes original work protected by copyright.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with any other person; (b) use the Service to generate content for commercial purposes other than your personal exam preparation; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's curriculum data, prompts, or AI outputs at scale; (d) use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service; (e) misrepresent AI-generated answers as your own original analysis in any academic or professional submission; or (f) use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Zuko Labs' total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim; (b) Zuko Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of examination opportunities; and (c) Zuko Labs makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that examination outcomes will improve as a result of using the Service.

10. Termination

Zuko Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or to the Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Clauses 6, 7, 9, and 11 of these Terms shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Amendments

Zuko Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
